MILANO DESIGN FESTIVAL 12 - 17 APRIL
SWEDISH LOVE STORIES
Svensk Form shows the third edition Swedish Love Stories in prestigious Superstudio Píu over the Milano Design Festival 12-17 April.
I center of attention is craft artists and designers from the Västra Götalandsregionen, to show the strength of the region's designers in the international arena.
KHVC together with Svensk Form West selected the designers, where among others three KHVC members are presented: Annika Svensson, Carina Cresta and Josefine Wiel Fredén.
From Västra Götaland with love is the name of the section that shows fresh design och visar dagsfärsk design focusing on furniture design in cobination with innovative textile and ceramic art.
The materials; wood, textile and ceramics, reflects the rich history of the region and shows what innovation and development that takes place in the design field today.
Around 20 designers from Västra Götaland are selected. The exhibition is designed by Ulf Linder, White Arkitekter in Göteborg and is a separate part of the Svensk Form pavilion.
Another two KHVC members show their products in the pavilion in Milano: Jeanette Lennartsdotter, glass designer and David Taylor, light .
